Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the website of the Search for Talent Massage Vietnam 2025. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, as well as your participation in the Search for Talent Massage Vietnam 2025 ("Competition").

By accessing the website or registering to participate in the Competition, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or participate in the Competition.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Competition, you must:

• Be 18 years or older as of August 15, 2025.
• Have a massage practice certificate or equivalent document issued by a competent authority.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the massage field.
• Be in good health to participate in the competition.
• Have no criminal record related to massage practice.
• Complete the registration form and pay the participation fee.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject applications from contestants who do not meet the above requirements.

3. Registration and Payment

When registering for the Competition, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information.

The registration fee for the Competition is 2,500,000 VND per person for Working Adults and 1,500,000 VND per person for Students and is non-refundable, except when:

• The Competition is cancelled by the Organizing Committee.
• Your application is rejected by the Organizing Committee.
• You withdraw at least 60 days before the Competition date (50% refund).

4. Competition Rules

By participating in the Competition, you agree to:

• Comply with all rules and guidelines issued by the Organizing Committee.
• Behave professionally and respectfully towards other contestants, judges, and audience.
• Not use techniques or products that may harm the model or violate regulations.
• Accept that the judges' decision is final.
• Be present on time at competitions and related events.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to eliminate contestants who violate these rules without refunding the participation fee.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, designs, and software, is owned by the Search for Talent Massage Vietnam 2025 Organizing Committee or our licensed partners and is protected by intellectual property law.

By participating in the Competition, you grant the Organizing Committee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, copy, modify, distribute, and publicly display your images, videos, and information related to the Competition for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

6. Disclaimer

You participate in the Competition at your own risk. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the Competition, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Organizing Committee.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Organizing Committee harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misconduct.

7. Changes and Cancellation

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the schedule, venue, rules, or any other aspect of the Competition if necessary for safety, legal, or organizational reasons. In case of significant changes, the Organizing Committee will notify all registered contestants.

In case the Competition is cancelled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, riots), the Organizing Committee will endeavor to reschedule the Competition at an appropriate time or refund the registration fee according to the refund policy.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to Vietnamese law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your participation in the Competition will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution through negotiation is not possible, disputes will be brought to competent courts in Vietnam.

9. Terms Modification

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new update date. Your continued use of the website or participation in the Competition after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
